Wow what a brilliant set of thoughts! Thank you so much for sharing! It fills my heart. Now, on the topics i could not agree more — i love the quote about hierarchy. If you allow me, i will integrate this into the script. Now, in terms of Agile we are having a very similar discussion on Linkedin here. Richard Claydon made exactly the same point. My reflection was —

1: I was thinking about exactly the same. Yet, I decided to stick to the notion of Agile for two reasons. A) like the catholic church integrated many pagan rituals from previous creeds, I believe that building on Agile makes it easier for existing practitioners to embrace the additional elements. B) I was extremely hesitant to introduce yet another new framework into what already is an ever proliferating babelian jungle of different concepts and brands. My intention is to unite, not to fragment — even if that means I have to limit my creativity in order to integrate.

Now, I will think about this again. Agile gives us a platform, a brand, to claim attention and facilitate implementation that I dont think any other framework can command. Maybe the easiest is to think about alternatives…

I will also reflect again on your other points on leadership — thank you for the inspiration!
