Great points! Indeed, it's very interesting to explore and also get inspired by what a society CAN be. Sometimes we get stuck so much in futile debates in the "here and now" that we forget to lift up our eyes and gaze towards the horizon, envisioning what is our potential for good as humankind. In terms of specifics, I will suggest that the separation of power seems like a good idea ;-) (sorry, I'm still not enough of an expert to be able to comparatively qualify), whereas wisdom of the crowds certainly does not. Looking at research you will quickly see that the logic there is simply statistical (ie law of big numbers) in regards to the distribution of answers for one KNOWN and PRECISE solution. Etc. It might be helpful to guess the number of peas in a pot, but won't suffice to resolve wicked societal issues. Here also the big fuss modern complexity theorists make, by not understanding the difference between fact (truth) and value (ethics). The latter is dependent on, butt never simply a function of onto-epistemology, or nature. More to ponder - and I think especially for organisational governance we can make quick improvements...
